In 9th and 10th grade I joined the colorguard with the marching band, and I got down to 130lbs. However, I didn’t like the girls who were on it, so I quit my junior year and gained all the weight back due to inactivity.

Day Fourteen - What’s your UGW? When do you expect to reach it?
My ultimate goal weight is somewhere between 110-115lb, and hopefully I’ll reach it before summer! I am really looking to be between 120-125lb, but if I don’t have as much definition in my stomach or my legs aren’t as toned, I will definitely set out to lose that extra 10lbs.

I live in the dorms so I don’t have a normal menu, but I do eat a lot of fruit. I love fruit and have it with every meal. Other than that, I try to stay away from the greasy junk they normally serve.
